- 1 bottle Grillville's Gold Mustard Sauce
- 2 submarine rolls
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices roast pork
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices pickles
Steps
- Preheat an outdoor frying pan or griddle to medium.
- Assemble sandwiches, adding sauce, half the swiss cheese, pork roast, ham, pickles and remaining swiss cheese, and another layer of sauce.
- Toast the sandwiches, lightly crushing the bread on each side, until crisp and the cheese begins to melt.
- Enjoy immediately!
Tips and tricks
For a quick lunch with the kids, go with mozzarella or cheddar cheese, they might be more kid friendly than the swiss cheese.
